Company Information
AstroSetu is operated by Jagdish Kapila, located at M-1, Palika Bhawan, R.K. Puram, Sec. 13, Delhi – 110066, and managed under the authorized representative Megha Kapila.
All communication between the client and AstroSetu must be documented through email or official written channels to ensure accuracy and traceability.
1 Agreement Acceptance
By using AstroSetu's services or signing a project agreement, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions. AstroSetu reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such updates shall apply to all existing and new service users unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
2 Working Days & Business Hours
All development and operational tasks are handled Monday to Friday, excluding Government holidays, national emergencies, and officially announced non-working days.
Any request outside official hours shall be processed on the next working day, unless a special written agreement exists for priority or emergency support.

The scope of work, features, design, and timelines will be strictly bound to the approved project documentation. Any additions or revisions are considered chargeable unless specifically agreed before execution.
4 Project Cost & Payment Terms
All prices are quoted considering the approved scope. Payments must be made according to the agreed milestone plan. Non-payment beyond 10 days may result in suspension of services, code access restrictions, or complete termination without refund.
5 Content Responsibility & Legal Compliance
The client is solely responsible for providing lawful, original, non-copyrighted content including images, videos, trademarks, data, and personal information. AstroSetu will not be held liable for any disputes or claims arising due to unauthorized or illegal content provided by the client. All astrology-related data provided by users must comply with national regulations.
6 Project Timeline & Delivery
Timelines are estimated based on the initial confirmed scope and cooperation from the client. Delays in approvals, payments, or content sharing from the client may automatically extend the delivery schedule. AstroSetu is not responsible for any penalties, losses, or claims caused due to delayed decisions or requirements from the client.

8 Revisions & Change Requests
Only those revisions that fall within the agreed UI/UX and functional scope are included. Any revision affecting layout, development structure, APIs, business logic, dashboards, or core modules will be treated as payable enhancement work. Additional revisions shall be executed only after approval of revised cost and time impact.
9 Intellectual Property & License
All proprietary code, database structure, server architecture, and core algorithms remain the intellectual property of AstroSetu until full payment settlement. After complete payment and handover, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the developed product. Reselling, copying, or unauthorized reproduction of AstroSetu's technology, brand name, or internal modules is strictly prohibited.
10 Data Security & Privacy
All user data, project files, and business information will be handled with confidentiality. However, AstroSetu is not responsible for data loss caused due to server downtime, cyber-attacks, third-party integration issues, force majeure events, or client negligence. Regular data backup arrangements must be formally requested and are chargeable.
11 Live Operations & Support
Support will remain active only during working days and hours. Any urgent downtime support outside these hours requires a separate maintenance contract. Hosting, domain, SMS, email gateway, and call/chat costs are maintained by the client unless stated in writing. AstroSetu is not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers.
12 Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the client cancels the project midway, all completed digital assets and UI drafts remain property of AstroSetu unless full project payment is cleared. AstroSetu holds full rights to reclaim code and restrict usage if payments remain overdue.
13 Limitation of Liability
AstroSetu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, financial, emotional, or reputational damages caused due to system errors, delays, prediction outcomes, or technical failures. Liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total value paid by the client for the specific project.
14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation first. If unresolved, the matter shall be handled exclusively by courts located in New Delhi, India.
